2. Heard Mr. Dammalapati Srinivas, learned senior counsel representing Ms.Pillix Law Firm for the pelitioner and Mr. K. Mahesh, learned Assistant Government pleader for 2 Revenue representing learned Government Plea'l :r for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.l to 4. Perused the ecord.

Learned counsel for the petitioner sull nits that the unofficial respondent Nos.S to 8 have filed on-li re applications bearing Nos.RC2500007563, RC250O0O7564, R(l 2500007565 & RC2500007566 dated O1.O9.2025 seeking to mu:r .te their names in the revenue records with regard to the prc certy obtained through succession; that the petitioner has filed a representation before respondent No.4/Tahsildar requestinll him not to entertain any succession proceedings in favour < f third parties, without cherllenging the existing succession prc< :edrngs in File No.D/ 3a00/2005 dated 27 . rO.2006.

He further contends that a civil suit vid'l O.S.No. 139 of 2025 filed try the petitioner for the relief of Speci ic Performance is pending adjudication on the Ille of the learnet XV Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District, at Ibral impatnam (for short, "the trial Court"); that vide order datec. O2.O7.2025 in I.A.No.674 of 2025 the trial Court had gra:r -ed ad-interim Injunction restraining the defendants from inter ering with the suit schedule property. 3

5. He submits that the petitioner has flled W.P.No.26676 of 2025 before this Court. Vide order dated 08.09.2025 this Court directed as follows:- . "Pending further orders, there shall be interim direction to the respondent No.4 not to entertain any document for registration presented by the unofhcial respondent Nos.7 to 9 in connection with the petitioner's agricultural lands/ residential plots situated in Sy.No.98 (as per Village Map 479) admeasuring Ac.20-00 gr.rntas and Sy.No.99 (as per Village Map 480) admeasuring Ac.19 20 guntas, total admeasuring Ac.39-2O guntas situated at Kongara Khurd (A) Village, Maheshwaram Mandal, Ranga Reddy District in view of the injunction order dated O2.O7.2O25 passed in I.A.No.674 of 2025 in O.S.No.139 of 2025 on the file of XV Additional District and Sessions Judge, RangaReddy District, at Ibrahimpatnam." Therefore, he contends that if the official respondents act upon the on-line applications submitted by unofficial respondent Nos.5 to 8 the valuable right of the petitioner under Article 300 of Constitution of India would be infringed and hence, seeks to pass appropriate orders.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue states that the case of the petitioner is under consideration and upon \ examining the .eprese.rtation dated 03.11.2025 submitted by the petitioner, appropriate orders would be passed on the on-line applications submitted by unoffrcial respondent Nos.S to 8. Stating thus, he seeks to dismiss the Writ Petition. 4 7 .
