When the matter is taken up for consrr eration, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks a directio: to the official respondents to receive the application of tl e petitioner for issuance of E-Pattadar Passbook in respo, t of the land ddmeasuring Acs.6 1.1 guntas in Survey No.Sr; i/ 16 situated at Pedda Manga-laram Village, Moinabad Mand r , Ranga Reddy District basing on the order dated 12.l2.lg7B ir- C.R.p.No.20O of 1978 and also order dated 23.04.20t4 in W.p.ft .23845 of 201 1. In similar circumstances, this Court vide order c ated 09.0g.2023 in W.P.No.21375 of 2023 and batch granted irrr Locuous relief to the petitioner therein without expressing an1, cJ inion on merits. Since the petitioner herein is also standing c r the very same footing, to maintain parity, he is a_lso entitled i r the very sarrre relief.
