Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during the pendency of the present Criminal Petition, at the instance of the well wishers, relatives and elders, the parties have settled the 2 disputes pending between them arld entered into c< mpromise and filed Joint Compromise Memo. Accordingly, the pzt ties have flled [.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2025 seeking permission to < r rnpromise the matter and to record the compromise entered betu,e.e r the m.
