Accordingly, the f i rties have filed I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2O25 seekrng permission to c rmpromise the mattcr and to record the compromise entered betwcc I them.

(rn or before 12.12.2025. In compliance of the said order, thc lecretary, High Court Lcgal Services Committee, has submittc I r-eport, dated 1O.12.2025, stating that the petitioners, and respor lent No.2 were duly identified with copies of their Aadhar Cards/Driving License/ Pan Card. It is further stated that the pzrrr i s have willfully and without any coercion entered into compromise.
