Accordingly, the f i rties have filed I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2O25 seekrng permission to c rmpromise the mattcr and to record the compromise entered betwcc I them.
4. This Court uide order, dated 05.12.2025, clir: rled the parties i.c.. thc petitioners and respondent No.2, to appciu rcforc thc High Court Legal Services Committee, Hyderabad. (rn or before 12.12.2025. In compliance of the said order, thc lecretary, High Court Lcgal Services Committee, has submittc I r-eport, dated 1O.12.2025, stating that the petitioners, and respor lent No.2 were duly identified with copies of their Aadhar Cards/Driving License/ Pan Card. It is further stated that the pzrrr i s have willfully and without any coercion entered into compromise.
