Subsequently, respondent No.2 nctified that the written examination for the said recruitment rl crLLl,l bt: condutcted on 11.12.2025, It is further submitted that respondent l\o.3 issued a notification Cated '25.11 .2025 scheduling .l e L,ocai Bodl Elections in three phases, i.e., on 11.12.2O2:;. l '1 1i) 2025 and

17.12.2025. The second phase of the Locai llodv Elections, therefore, coir-rcides s rth the date of the lvrittell cxart ination. As such, petitioner No.1 submitted a representation rlated 28.17.2025 to respondent No.2 requesting re-schedutng of the r'r'ritten examination to an alternative date and the s,ame is pending consideration. However, since 1sr petitioner's representation dated 28.11.2025 is pending consideration, respondent No.2 will consider the same and pass appropriate orders, in accordance rvith lau,'.
