When the matter is taken up for consideration, iearned counsel for the petitioner seeks a di,'ection t.t official respondent Nos.2 to 4 to consider and pass appropriate or'ders on the on-line application No.ROSO22OO3O16899 dated 29.lO.2O2O submitted by the petitioner requesting to regtilarize the Sada Bainama Document dated 26.11.2010 submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue by filing the 'uvritten instructions addressed to the learned Government Pleader for Revenue by the respondent No.4, submits that, upon enquiry of the Sada Bainama application submitted by the petitioner, Sri Bheri Veerraju, who is mentioned as vendor in the writ affidavit, has not given consent to regularize the land admeasuring Acs.1O.O0 gts in Sy.No.Lg7 /Lu situated at Asupaka Revenue Village in favour of petitioner and further stated that he has never sold the subject land to any one; that the neighbouring farmers also stated that the said land is under cultivation of Sri Bheri Veerraju and that 2 the petitfoner never cultivated the said land at any point of time; i I t I that the said on-line application is already disposed of as per 3 Rules. Therefore, he seeks to dismiss the Writ Petition.
5. Mr.Chandra Mohan, iearned counsel submits that he intends to appear on behalf of the vendor of the petitioner's land and that the vendor is not maCe as party to the Writ Petition.

Having regard to the submissions of all the learned counsel this Court, without making any observations on the merits or demerits of the case, deems it appropriate to.direct respondent No.4 to communicate the decision arrived at on the on-line application to the petitioner herein, r,vithin a period of thirty (3O) days from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
7. With the above direction this Writ Petition is disposed of. Need,less to mention, the petitioner is granted liberty to work out the remedies as available under law. No costs.
