[rarned counsel for the petitioners submitted that during the pendency of the present Criminal Petition, at the instance of the well wishers, relatives and elders, the parties have settled the disputes pending between them and entered into compromise and filed Joint Memo. Accordingly, the parties have fi1ed I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 seeking permission to compromise the matter and to record the compromise respectively. 4 . This Court uide order, dated 08. 12.2025, directed the parties i.e., the petitioners and respondent No.2, to appear betore the High Court Legal Services Committee, Hyderabad, on 19.12.2025. In compliance of the said order, the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee, has submitted report, dated 15.12.2025, stating that the petitioners and respondent No.2 were duly identified with copies of their Aadhar Cards. It is further stated that the parties have willfully and without any coercion entered into compromise. _

In view of the said report and also in view of the compromise entered between the petitioners and respondent No.2 as well as the submissions made by the respective parties, I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 are a1lowed. Consequently, the proceedings in S.C. 1. It is submitted that the de-facto complainant/Res6 tndent No.2 herein submitted a petition on 13.01.2025 at about 07:00 hours, sta:t rg that he, Sri Murre Musala Rao, S/o Late Rajabbai, aged about 35 years, Occ: priv tte Employee, Caste: SC (Mala), R/o H.No.2-4-80/16182, Flat No.11, Road No.:t Sai Nagar Colony, Alkapuri X Road, Nagole, N/o Durgada Village, Gollaprolu Marr al, Kakinada District, Andhra Pradesh State, has been working in the salary section : . Ramakrishna Home Service, located at Sai Nagar Colony, Nagole, for the past on€ /ear. During the last month, he noticed a discrepancy of t52,800/- in the workers'sir :ries. On 11.01.2025 at about 20:30 hours, MD Ganji Srinivas Rao, his son Sridhar, ,t td office staff Nandu and Rabbani came to Ramaknshna Home Service and raised lleir voices over the. irregularities in the salary amount. During the confrontation, ti r y abused him in the name of his mother and caste, whereupon Nandu caught hold rt his collar, MD Ganji Srinivas Rao intentionally slapped him, and Sridhar handed ore - a stick with which they beat him severely and locked him inside a room. On 12.01.1025 at about 10:00 I hours, he noticed Savitri, a worker at Ramakrishna Home !:rvice, through the window and showed her the injuries on his body, request ng her to capture photographs of his injuries using her mobile phone and send lrem to his brother. Later, on the same day at about 22:00 hours, his brothers a:hyuth and Aravind came to Ramakrishna Home Service and made a Dial 100 cai to the police, upon which the accused persons left the premises. The complainant then accompanied his O brothers to the Nagole Police Station, and due to the severity of his injuries, he went for further treatment at Vanasthalipuram Area Hospital on 13.01.2025 at about 05:30 hours, where he was found to have sustained injuries on his backside. Accordingly, he lodged a complaint requesting that necessary legal action be taken against the accused persons as per law.

I submit that during the pendency of the said case at the intervention of the elders and well-wishers the matter has been amicably settled and to that effect the defacto complainant has decided to withdraw the same by filing a joint memo. Therefore, it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to record the Compromise and quash the proceedings in S.C. 1. It is submitted that the de-facto complainant/Res6 tndent No.2 herein submitted a petition on 13.01.2025 at about 07:00 hours, sta:t rg that he, Sri Murre Musala Rao, S/o Late Rajabbai, aged about 35 years, Occ: priv tte Employee, Caste: SC (Mala), R/o H.No.2-4-80/16182, Flat No.11, Road No.:t Sai Nagar Colony, Alkapuri X Road, Nagole, N/o Durgada Village, Gollaprolu Marr al, Kakinada District, Andhra Pradesh State, has been working in the salary section : . Ramakrishna Home Service, located at Sai Nagar Colony, Nagole, for the past on€ /ear. During the last month, he noticed a discrepancy of t52,800/- in the workers'sir :ries. On 11.01.2025 at about 20:30 hours, MD Ganji Srinivas Rao, his son Sridhar, ,t td office staff Nandu and Rabbani came to Ramaknshna Home Service and raised lleir voices over the. irregularities in the salary amount. During the confrontation, ti r y abused him in the name of his mother and caste, whereupon Nandu caught hold rt his collar, MD Ganji Srinivas Rao intentionally slapped him, and Sridhar handed ore - a stick with which they beat him severely and locked him inside a room. On 12.01.1025 at about 10:00 I hours, he noticed Savitri, a worker at Ramakrishna Home !:rvice, through the window and showed her the injuries on his body, request ng her to capture photographs of his injuries using her mobile phone and send lrem to his brother. Later, on the same day at about 22:00 hours, his brothers a:hyuth and Aravind came to Ramakrishna Home Service and made a Dial 100 cai to the police, upon which the accused persons left the premises. The complainant then accompanied his O brothers to the Nagole Police Station, and due to the severity of his injuries, he went for further treatment at Vanasthalipuram Area Hospital on 13.01.2025 at about 05:30 hours, where he was found to have sustained injuries on his backside. Accordingly, he lodged a complaint requesting that necessary legal action be taken against the accused persons as per law.

I submit that during the pendency of the said case at the intervention of the elders and well-wishers the matter has been amicably settled and to that effect the defacto complainant has decided to withdraw the same by filing a joint memo. Therefore, it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to record the Compromise and quash the proceedings in S.C. No.315 of 2025, dated: 10.02.2025, on the file of the Hon'ble VII Special Sessions Judge for Trial of Cases under SCs/STs (POA) Act, 1989-cum-VII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.
