2. Heard Mr. C. Kamalakar Reddy, learned counsel fc 'the petitioner, and Mr. K. Ravi Mahender, learned Standing Counsel for (i lMC, appearing for respondent Nos.2 to 5, and perused the material availab : on record.
3. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for responc:nt Nos.2 to 5 submitted that on complaint of the petitioner, show cau: e notice dated
14.07.2025 was issued to respondent No.6/owner/occupior of the subject property stating that unauthorized construction was mad: by her, in the subject property, in deviation of the sanctioned pl,r r granted for construction of Stilt + 2 upper floors. Thereafter, opportL rity of hearing was given to respondent No.6, and order dated 37.07.2) l5 was passed directing respondent No.6 to remove the unauthorized co'l ;truction within 15 days.
4. According to the learned counsel for the petitior:r, respondent Nos.7 and 8 are the subsequent purchasers of the oroperty from respondent No.6.

As order dated 31.07.2025 was passed directing rr spondent No.6 to remove the unauthorized construction and as it is stah: I that the said order has not been complied with and also that so far, no pr Eeedings have been initiated challenging the said order before any legal F )rum, this writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.3 to imple,r rent the order dated 31.07:i025 by following due process of law. Furtir :r, respondent No.3 is directed to forthwith seal the unauthorized floors :onstructed by I I 3 respondent No.6, pending further action. As this order is passed without entering into the merits, notice to respondent Nos.6 to 8 is dispensed with. However, if respondent Nos.6 to 8 are in any way aggrieved by this order, they are at liberfy to seek modification of this order. No order as to costs.
