4. ln view of the above said submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, without expres ;ing any view, the learned XII Additional Chief Judicial l {agistrate at Nampally, Hyderabad is directed to expedite the 1 roceedings as early as possible and the Court below is directt:t to cooperate with the disposal of the case.
