This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioners seeking a direction to respondents No.2 to 6 to receive the application forms and release the individual service connections to their propert5r situated in' Northern Part of Plot No.301, admeasuring 2SO Sq.yards and Plot No.3O2, admeasuring 5OO Sq.yards in Sy.Nos.71/L9, lll2O and lLl2I, situated at Khanamet Village, Serilingampally Mandal, under GHMC, Ranga Reddy Diitrict, T.S., bounded by North: Plot No.302; South:30 feet wide road; East: Open area; West: 40 feet wide road, without being influenced by , / \ 2 NEKJ wp_36900_2025 the instructions of the 7h respondent - Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners; learned Government Pleader for Enerry appearing for Respondent No. l, Sri N. Sreedhar Reddy, learhed Standing Counsel for TGSPDCL appearing on behalf of Respondents 2 to 6 and Sri G.Madhusudhan Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Respondent No.7 - Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation.

Smt.Thakur Roopa Singh, learned counsel for petitioners submits that in somewhat similar circumstances, rvhile dealing with Writ Petition No. 20 121 of 2025, this Court by order dt.14.O7.2O25 directed the respondent authorities therein to release the service connection subject to complizrnce of the statutory requirements by the petitioner therein, and hence requested this Court to pass similar order in the present Writ Petition also.

4. Recently, the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Rajendra Kumar Barjatga a. U.P. Auas Eaam Vlkds Parishadr, in the larger public interest, issued directions in addition to the directives issued in Re: Direction-s in the matter of demolition of stntctures. Since the prayer of petitioners is to receive the application forms and release individual service connections, this Court, without going into merits of the matter, directs the respondents to receive the applications of petitioners and release individual service connections to the subject property, subject to petitioners complying with the directions issued by the Honble Supreme ./ \ ----'-, 4 NSKJ wp_369@_2025 - Court in Ra,jend.ra Kumar BorJatya's case (supra) and the statutory requirements prescribed by the local authorities.
