Learned counsel for the petitioner woulcl submit that the father of the petitioner by name A.Bal Lingaiah yas the absolute owner antl possessor of the agricultural la r I admeasuring Acs.5.0O gunras in Sy.No.326/6; Acs.3_ j ) guntas in Sy.No.32613. siruated at Siddapur Village, Acr tmpet Mandal, Nagarkurnool District and his name was recorl:d as pattadar in all the rer.en ue records including pahanies fionr the year 1962-),963 to 20I3-2O14 and New R.O.R. Learr :d counsel for the petitioncr u.ould further submit that the pet.:ioner,s father died on 03. 1 2.2OOO and the petitioner,s mo t rer bv namt: Smt.Ananthanrma also died on 26.11.2015. for the petitioner would further submit that during land updation programme, the name of respondent No.i was wrongly entered in Bhu Bharati portal, and therefore, t re petitioner made an application bearing No.03O 10 19,1 ) I 1 , dated 10.06.2025 in Bhu Bharathi Rythu Sadasu. Accordingly, the petitioner had made a representation and personal enquiry \r.,as conducted on Oi:.O9.2025 before respondent No.4. Thereafter, respondent No.4 issued endorsement in File No.Bl/ 1245 /2025, dated 07 .1O.2O25 stating that since the petitioner has filed the application beyond 12 years of time, he is directed to file an appeal before respondent No.3. In compliance with the said endorsement, the petitioner hled an appeal before respondent No.3 on 15.10.2025. The grievance of the petitioner is that, even alter receipt of the said appeal, respondent No.3 has neither assigned number nor issued notices to the respondent therein. Hence, the learned counsel prays this Court to pass appropriate orders.

On the other hand, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the official respondents would submit that the petitioner hled an appeal on 15.10.2025 and w'ithout waiting for the action being taken by respondent No.3, he has filed the present writ petition prematurely. Having heard the learned counsel for t r : petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Rt r:nue appearing for the official respondents, this Court, with< ut rnaking any observations on the merits and demerits of tI r case, deems it appropriatc to disposc o[ this writ petition direc ing respondent No.3 to examine the appeal filed by the petitir rer against the endorsement, dated 07.lO.2025 made by respo. rdent No.4 and after issuing notice to all the concerned incluc ng respondent No.5 herein and giving them an opportunity of pe rsonal hearing, shall pass appropriate orders strictly in accor I rnce with larv. Since notice is stated to be ordered to rcs rondent No.5, issuance o[ lurther notice to them in this ra.rit petition shall stand dispensed with.
