Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner filed the present Writ Petition seeking to declare the action of the respondent Nos.2 to 4 in not deleting the petitioner,s land admeasuring Ac.3-25 guntas in Sy.No.5O4/65, situated at Ghanpur (Stn) Viliage and Manda_I, Jangaon District, from the \ 2 prohibited list, despite the petitioner' Application - No.23040O50136 dated 17.o5.2o25 and in coml) ete violation of G.O.Ms.No.2 79 d.ated 04'O7 '2016, as illegal and ar ritrary'

However, during the course of arguments, earned counsel for the petitioner brought to the notice of this cor rt that the said Memo dated ll.lL2O25 issued by the respondent No.4-Tahsildar, Ghanpur (Stn) was not served on the petitioner rr rd at that time, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Assi11 Lment served a copy of the said memo to the learned counsel for l.l e petitioner. In 3 view of the same, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks sufficient time to submit the relevart documents before respondent No.4 and requested this Court to grant sufficient time to the petitioner to submit the relevant documents mentioned in Memo No.B/1O33-l/2025 dated 11.11.2025 to the respondent No.4-Tahsildar for consideration

In view of the submissions made on either side, without going into the merits of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the petitioner to submit the relevant documents for consideration by the respondent No.4-Tahsildar, within a period of fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and upon such receipt of the same, the respondent authorities are directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four (4) weeks thereafter There shall be no order as to costs.
