Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the Respondent No.2 to 6. in not taking any action against the Online Application given by the Petitioner to the Respondent Nos.2 to 5 through mee-seva, vide F-Line Application No.DERO22501201055, dt. 2. Hearcl learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. L.Ravinder, learned Ass'istant Government Pleader for Revenue.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is in possession of the subject property by virtue of patta passbook No.T1406O',.OO742 ar,d Khata No.1OO. It was an ancestral property and is lawfully inherited by the petitioner. After demise of the petitioner's husband, the petitioner became the absolute owner, being the legal he'ir and is in physical possession and enjoylng the subject property wil:hout any interference. It is further submitted that due to the disturbance and unbearable harassment of the neighbors I encroachers, the petitioner is unable to cultivate her land. In order to protect her land from the encroachers, the petitioner made the aforesaid F-line application to conduct survey, demarcate and fix the boundaries in respect of the subject propert5r claimed by her. But till date, no action is taken upon the said application. Aggrieved by the inaction, the petitioner is constrained to file this writ petition.

4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submitted that the petitioner's F-line application will be considered in due course \ \ \ \ 3 of time and appropriate action will be taken strictly in accordance with law.

This Court having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and I learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, without making any observations on merits and d.emerits of the case, deems it appropriate to direct official respond.ents to consider the F-line application and upon meticulous examination of the s€urre, appropriate action strictly in accordance with law by issuing notice to all concerned I interested parties and after granting sufficient opportunity of hearing.
