Lcarned counsel for thc petitioners fufthcr subrnitted that the petitioners have made a represetrtatior-r datetl l2.ll.ZO25 lbr allotrnent of paddy under the Custorn Milling Rice (CMR) schcrne for KMS 2025-26 and not to impose the pe,alty of 25o/, and .lso to waive the penalty in pursuance of Memo No.2g09lcs.r-crcs 12025,crated

24.11-2025. Therefore, the petitioners are seeking a clirection to the respondents to consider the said representation.

3. sri K. Devender, learned Standing counsel fbr Terangana State civil Supplies corporation, appearing for respo.dents No.3 3 TMDJ wp_36780__2025 & 4, however, relied upon G.O.Ms.No.17 dated 04.10.2025 and submitted that the case of the petitioners would be considered under the said G.O.

4. Horvever, this Court finds that G.O.Ms.No.l7 was issued on

14.10.2025 whereas the rnerno was issued subsequently on

24.11.2025 by reference to the said G.O. Therefbre, the respondent authorities are directed to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 12.11.2025 in accordance with memo dated

24.11.2025 and pass appropriale orders thereon within a period of tcn ( l0) days lrom the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
