3. Hearcl Sri V.Rohith, learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Government Pleacier for Services-l for respondent Nos.l to 3; arrd Sri Nrt.Murali Krishna, learned Standing Counsel for Accountant GeneraJ, appearing for respondent No.4.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner retired from service on 3O.04.2024 in the capacity of Deputy Director on attaining the a,ge of superannuation. Subsequently, the petitioner submitted an appiication on

23.04.2025 to the respondents seeking release of his pensionary benefits. Pursuant thereto, respondent No.2 forwarded the pension proposals to respondent No.1 uide Lr.Rc.No.1O30/A/DAE ITS/2O22 dated 31.07.2025, requesting to issue appropriate orders for processing the petitioner's pension proposals. However, I 3 no action has been taken by respondent No.l so far. Therefore, learned counsel prays this Court to direct respondent No.1 to pass appropriate orders on the letter dated 31.07.2025 forwarded by respondent No.2 and to release the perisionary benefits due to the petitioner within a time-frame that may to be stipulated by this Court.

5. Learned Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 submits that since the petitioner's pension proposals are pending before respondent No.l, an appropriate decision r,vill be taken by respondent No.1, in accordance with law.

Having regard to the submissions made by learned counsel for the respective parties and without going into the merits of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing respondent No.1 to pass appropriate orders on the proposals forwarded by respondent No.2 uide Lr.Rc.No.lO3O / A/DAE/TS/2022 dated 31.07.2025, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order 4 Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition sha-ll starid closed.
