When the matter is taken up for hearing, lear ned counse'l for the petitioners submits that the lfs raised in tl rc present Writ Petitions has already been adjudicated by the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.23138 of 2025, which was 'iisposed of uide order dated 03.O9.2025, and thus prayed to pass similar order in the present Writ Petitions also.
