Brief facts stated in these writ petitions, are that petitioner claims to be a lawful owner axd possessor of the agricultural tand admeasuring Ac.0.11 guntas in Sy.No.7O1/A1 (old Survey No.7Ol /A1, admeasuring to arr extent of Ac. l.OO guntas) situated at Chattanpally Village, Farooqnagar Mandal, Shadnagar Division, Ranga Reddy District (erstwhile Mahabubnagar District), having purchased the sa_rrre through a registered Sale Deed uide Doc.No.1797 of 1986 dated 26-08-19g6 and revenue records including pattadar passbooks and titie deeds stands in the 3 petitioner's name. Petitioner submits that tr is in peaceful possession and enjoyment of the land since 1986. petitioner previously approached rhe Civil Court by hling C j.No.177 ol 201g arrd obtained an ex parte ad-interim injunction < ated 19. 1 1.201g restraining interference u,ith his possession on t.r: subject land. It is submitted that pursuant to the ea_rlier directio Ls of the Honble High Court in W.P.No.31536 of 2012, an ofli:ia,1 survey was conducted by the Assistant Director of Land Surr ey and Records, and boundary stones u,ere fixed l'ith a sketch mir I confirming the petitioner's iand bourndaries. Despite these docu I ents and Court orders, unofficial respondent Nos.7 to 19 h:r,, , been illegally interfering with the petitioner's land by trespass ng, attempting encroachment, creating forged and fabricated i rcuments, and threatening the petitioner using inliuence. petitior er submitted a written complaint on 17.O9.2025 to respondent I o..6, supported by postal acknou ledgments, seeking registration o' I criminal case and police protection. Hou,ever, no FIR has been registered, nor has any effective action been taken. Aggrieved b_r. the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned Assistant Government pleader for F r me appearing for the respondents has placed a copy of instruct.on issued by Sub-lnspector of Police, Shadnagar police Stati,r r, Cvberabad 4 - Commissionerate and would submit that petitioner had sent a complaint dated 17.09.2025 through post, which was received by the respondent No.6-Station House Officer, Shadnagar police Station, cyberabad commissionerate, on 2T.og.2o2s wherein it is submitted that petitioner is the owner of agricultural land in Sy.No.70 1/A1 admeasuring Ac.O. 1 1 guntas Old Sy.No.701lA1 admeasuring Ac. 1 OO guntas situated at Chattanpally Village of Farooqnagar Mandal, Shadnagar Division, Ranga Reddy District. It is submitted that the culprits are causlng interference with unsocial elements and threatened with dire consequences trying to kill petitioner ard his famiiy and also ,legarly grabbing the said land and requested to provide police protection to construct compound wall. Pursuant to the said complaint, G.D. Entry was made on 27.O9 2O2S and after sending the said complaint through post, the petitioner did not furnish relevant documentary evidence, as such, respondent No.6 sent a notice through post to the petitioner on 09. lO.2O2S and advised the petitioner to send reievant documentary evidence. In spite of that, the petitioner did not furnish the same. However, respondent No. 6_station House Officer, Shadnagar police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate had conducted enquiry and revealed that the above said tand is under civil dispute in o.S.No. rr7 of 2o1g and the civil court granted interim injunction order in favour of the petitioner in 5 :nquiry, the said LA.No.56 1 of 2018 and after finalizing the complaint was closed as ,,Civil in Nature,' o 26.11.2025 and suggested the petitioner to approach the co r:erned Court for redressal and the same has been intimated to the petitioner through post and as such, the said land is und: . civil dispute, n<r poiice protection can be provided on the said iisputed land.
