Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted hat the petitioner is the legal title land owner ald in possession of tht property situated in Survey No.701/A1 to arr extent of Ac. 1-00 guntrr ;, which has been purchased through a registered sale deed uide do<: rment No.1797 of 1986, dated 26.08.7996. It is further submitted thr t the petitioner is in possession of the property without any interrup: cn, until the said land is claimed by unknown persons through the :crged documents bearing Nos.5079/20 ll, 498Il2OLt & 1O32O/20'

3. It is further submitted that the said unknown persons basec upon the forged documents trying to interfere into the petitioner , ; property. The petitioner being an illiterate is unable to handle the )ressures exerted upon the petitioner herein. It is further submitl( 11 that petitioner approached respondent No.4 to protect the petitioner's interest in respect of the subject property. It is further submitted that the said property is being claimed by the petitioner relying upon the patta passbook issued in favor the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner had made a representation to ofhcial respondents uide registered post and that the salne was deiivered to the offrcial respondents on 25.09.2025 uide track consignment No.RN 138676045IN. Despite receipt of the said representation, the official respondents had not acted upon. Aggrieved by the inaction of officia,l respondents, the petitioner is constrained to file this writ \ petition seeking appropriate directions

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submitted that the official respondents are not vested with the powers of cancellation of any sale deed, until and unless a direction has been by the Civil Court. However, on the representation made to the official respondent No.4 by the petitioner, appropriate orders would be communicated to the petitioner in due course of time and seeks to pass appropriate orders

This Court, having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, without expressing any opinion on the merits ald demerits of the case, deems to appropriate to direct the offrcial respondent No.4 to consider the 4 petitioner's representation dated 17.O9.2025 and trr communicate the action taken thereupon to the petitioner herei r by conducting necessary enquiry strictly in accordance with law a I expeditiously as possibly preferably within a period 90 days from tt r date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above directions, this writ petition is r isposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applicatic'l s if any pending, in this petition, shall stand closed. SD/- P.
