Smt.Thakur Roopa Singh, learned counsel 1br petitioners submits that in somewhat similar circumstances, u,hile dealing with Writ Petition No. 20121 of 2025, this ()ourt by order dt.74.O7 .2025 directed the respondent authoritics therein to release the service connection subject to comp..iance of the statutory requirements by the petitioner there n, and hence requested this Court to pass similar order in tL e present Writ Petition also.

Since the prayer of petitioners is to receive the application forms and release individual service connections, this Court, without going into merits of the matter, directs the respondent authorities to receive the applications of petitioners and release individual service connections to the subject property, subject to petitioners complying with the directions issued by the Honble i 4 NBK,I |\ p _36923 _2025 Supreme Court in Rajendra Kumar Barjatga's clr;e (supra) and the stalutory requirements prescribed by the local authorities.
