When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the lis raised in the present Writ petitions has already been adjudicated by the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.23138 of 2025, which was disposed of uide order dated 03.09.2025, and. thus prayed to pass similar order in the present Writ Petitions also.

4. The above made submission is not seriously disputed by the other side.

Having regard to the above made submissions and for the reasons alike in the ord.er dated 03.09 .2025 passed by the Division Bench in W.P.No.23138 of 2025, the Writ Petitions are disposed of d.irecting the respond.ents to ensure that the entire amount payable to the petitioners be released forthwith '*'ithin a period of six (06) rneeks from today, failing which, the entire amount with regard to retiral benefits shall carry interest at the rate of 10% per annum from the date the amount fell due tilt it is actually paid. 3 I I i Miscellrrneous petitions, if any, pendirg in these writ Petitions shatl stand closed.
