Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to lssue a Writ, Order or Directicn more particularly one in the nature of Writ of ft/andamus, dec{aring the action of the respondents police particularly respondents 5 and 6 registering multiple FlRs vide FIR No. 2O3\ZO17 dt. 09.3.2017 and Crime No. 4112017 as shown in Custody Report against the petitioner and her company under Sections 406, 42O of IPC in connection with the same subject matter relates to the same incident in respect of same occurrence in connection with first FIR no. 261 12016 dated 26.12.2016 registered by the 4th respondent on the same sections and hence it is nothing but registration of multiple FlRs against the petitioner by the respondents 5 and 6 police knowing fully well and aware of the first FIR it is nothing but in violation of law and procedure and contrary to var/ous judicial pronouncements including reported in 2013 (6) SCC 348 purely abuse of process of law thereby violation of fundamental rights under Article 14, 20 and 21 of Constitution of lndia thereby the registration of multiple FlRs vide FlRs vide FIR No. 20312017 dt. 09.3.2017 and Crime No. 4112017 as shown in Custody Report be :treated as supplementary to the first FIR i.e., FIR No.26112016 and club the same thereby multiple FlRs liable to be quashed l.A. 4. karned Assistant Crovernment Pleader for Home would submit that the contest of the petitioner as to registration of 2 mukiple F.I.Ks. Flowever, dtrring pendencyof the pr€sent petition, Gime No.203 of ZOtl vzhich was numbered as CCNo.1160 of 2017 on the file of )OV Addfuional Chief I\rletrrcpolitan lvlagisuate, Hyderabad, ended in conviction and likewise, Girne No.261 of 20tg which was numbered as CCNo.L344 of ZO1S on the file of II Additional Chief Metropolitan ltlagistrate, Hf,erabad, was ended in settlement between the parties before lokadalat and the offences were compounded on 22.A8.2023. The other Crime No.41 of 20L7 is numbered as CCNo.1 t37 of 20L8 and is pending for uial on the file of the )(IV Additional Chief ltfietropolitan hdagistrate, Nampally, and the nutter is listed on 13.09 .2025; th*, the cause does not subsist for consider:ation.
6. I have pensed the materials on record. The contest of registr:ation of muhiple F.I.R s has been addressed, s two of the crimes have concluded in conviaion and compromise respectively and the other crime is pending for trid. 3 ,/'
7. I&ving regarrd to this developrnent, this C-oun is of the considered view that the contention raised in this petition has a become infrucuous.
