2. Heard Mr.S.Madal Madan Mohan Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.M.Srinivas, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos. 1 to 3.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that subsequent to the filing of this rnirit petition, the dispute between the parties has been amicably settled, as petitioner Nos. I arrd 2 have solemnized their marriage on 23.09.2OL7.In view of the said development, nothing further survives for adjudication in the present petition. 2 4' Lea:ned Assistant Government preader for Home raises no objection to the said submission.
5. Rec.rding the submissions made by both learned counsel, and in vie,w of the amicable settrement between the parties, this \I/rit Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
