2. Heard Sri S.M.Saifullah, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, for respondent Nos.1 to 3 and perused the record

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that originally the grandmother of the petitioner namely Tahera Begum is the absolute owner and possessor of agricultural lands to an extent of Acs.l,2.oo guntas in Sy.Nos.794 and 8oo, situated at Gongloor Village of Fulkal Mandal, Sangareddy District. Further, tl-re name of the petitioner's grandmother is duly mutated in the revenue records and the salne is reflected in the revenue records tilI
2015. However, in the year 2016 the respondent-authorities erroneously incorporated the name of one Ratnamma and N.Goverdhan behind the back of Tahera Begum' Having come to l<now that certain wrong entries, the father of the Page 3 of -t petitioner namely Md.Abdul Sami Rafath have immediately approached the respondent-authorities and requested them to delete the wrong entries made in respect of the subject property. But the respondent-authorities have not considered the said request
4. The petitioner being the natural successor has submitted representation dated 06.lO.2O2O before respondent Nos.2 and 3 seeking to rectify the wrong entries made in the revenue records. Despite receiving the said representation, respondent Nos.2 and 3 have not acted upon it. Hence, the present writ petition.
5. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that the petitioner made representation long back. Now, new Bhu-Bharathi Act has been enacteci and hence he would, seek to grant appropriate direction to the petitioner to file necessary application under the Bhu- Bharati Portal. Upon receiving the same, the respondent authorities will consider and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. 't: r' *- \ \ Page .l of 4 --\ \. -F:F?TI I.l C't > 6- In the light of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case arrd upon perusing the material available on record, this writ Petition is disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner l-o file an application as per the new Bhu-Bharathi Portal, by enclosing all the relevant documents to the respondenl.-authorities and it is fcr the respondent- authorities to consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. If respondent-authorities arc not inclined to accept the request made by the petitioner, they shall pass a reasoned order, ccmmrlnicate cop)' of the said order to the petitioner and complete the szrid exercise as expeditiously as possible, preferably, -within a period of (g) weeks from the date of receipt cf the application, that may be submitted lt5r the petitioner. There shall be no order as to Miscellaneous petitions, if anv, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. SD/.
