Share), even after finalizing the bills and having generated in integrated financial management and Management system (I.FMS), in spite of repeated requests, as illegal, arbitrary, unreasonable and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of lndia, and consequently direct Respondents 1 to 5 to release and pay the said admitted pending amounts togetherwith interest alias l0percent per annum from the date of entitlement till actual payment. lA NO: 1 OF 2A25 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed irr support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the Respondent No.9 & 10 to consider treasury tokens as collateral security for sanction of loan of Rs.40,00,000/- (Rupees Forty Lakhs only) to the Petitioner against the security and lien of Treasury Tokens issued tor,vards the retirement benefits, and direct the Respondent No.1 & 8 to stand guarantee forthe loan with an undertaking to pay the interest amount charged on such loan by the bank. When :he matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the lis raised in 1.he present Writ Petition has alreadl' been adjudicated by the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.2313B of 2025, which was disposed of uide order dated 03.09.2025, and thus prayed to pass similar order in the present Writ Petition also
4. The at>ove made submission is not seriously disputed by the other side

Having regard to the above made submissions and for the reasons aiike in the order dated 03.09.2025 passed by the Division Bench in \['.P.No.23138 of 2025, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to ensure that the entire amount payable to the petitioner be released forthwith within a period of six (O6) weeks from today, failing which, the entire amount with regard to 3 retiral benefits shall carry interest at the rate of lOoh per annum from the date the amount fell due till it is actually paid. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. SD/.S.
