Heard Sri P.Ugender Reddy, Iearned counsel for the petitioner; leilrned Government Pleader for Services-lII for respondent N,:s.l to 4; and learned Government Pleader for Services-l for respondent No.S. with their consent, this writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself. 2

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the lis raised in the present Writ Petition has alreadl' been adjudicated by the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.23138 of 2025, which was disposed of uide order dated O3.0g.2O25, and thus prayed to pass similar order in the present Writ Petition also. 4, The above made submission is not seriously disputed by the other side.

Having regard to the above made submissions and for the reasons alike in the order dated 03.09 .2025 passed by the Division Bench in w.P.No.23138 of 2025, this writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to ensure that the entire amount payable to the petitioner be released forthwith within a period of six (06) weeks from today, failing which, the entire amount with regard to retiral benefits shall carry interest at the rate of lOoh per annum from the date the amount fell due till it is actually paid. { ,-:"' 3 Miscell:rneous petitions, if any, pen ding in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
