2. Heard Sri R.Rama Krisham, IearrL, d representing M/s. Jms Law Firm Advocates anc Associates, for the petitioner and Sri L. Ravinder, learnc l Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, for respondcrr Nos.1 to 5 and perused the record. counsel

Learned counsel appearing for the petir i rner would submit that originally Sri M.Ram Mohan Rao h:,r purchased land to an extent of Acs.7 % guntas in Sy.No.7. at Marredpally Village, Secundcrabad from Srj I by virtue of registercd sale deed bearir-rg docum: of 1965, dated 19.07.i965. After the clemise o. Mohan Rao, the husband of the petitioner Sri l/ B, situated .B.Moorthy rt No.1906 Sri M.Ram iryala Ravi Babu has acquired the said propert-y lhrough suc.c subsequently, after the dernise ol Sri Mirvala Rav petitioner became the successor and tegal heir of an extent of Ac.4.OO g-untas in Sy.No.74/8, s ession and Babu, the he land to tuated at Marredpally Village, Sccunderabad. 4 Learned counsel further submitted that th,: petitioner has submitted an application dated 25.11 2014 to respondent Nos.4 ar-rd 5 for conducting survey tru I fixing of 7 l'age -j o[5 the boundaries of the subject property. Despite receiving the same, the respondent-authorities have not acted upon it. Aggrieved by the said inaction, the petitioner preferred W.P.No.393 12 of 2Ol4 before this Court. This Court uide its order dated 26.07.2024 has disposed of the writ petition directing the respondent-authorities to conduct the survey within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

When the respondent authorities failed to comply with the order passed b-r' this Court dated 26.O7.2024, the petitioner submitted another application dated 10.09.2O25 by enclosing all relevant document and also the copy of order dated 26.O7.2024 to respondent No.4, for which respondent No.4 issued proceedings clated I8.09.2025 uide Proceedings No.Bl2lOO/2025 directing respondent no.S to conduct the survey and demarcate the subject property. In spite of the said proceedings, respondent No.5 till date has not conducted survey. Hence, the present writ petition.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue on instructions would submit that basing on the application Page 4 ol-i . submitted by the petitioner for conductin 1 survey and demarcating the subject land by fixing the tr runclaries, the respondent_authorities allotted the said r ork to the Inspector of Survey. The Inspector of Surve-v , Las proceeded to the spot along with Deputy Inspect I . of Survey Secunderabad Divisic,n and concerned Mancle J Surveyor on 27.11.2025 and after verificatior_r of surve.y re(r( rcis and it is found that the land in Sy.No.74, situated a: Marredpall.v Village is not having any subdivisions and upor: :nqr_rir1, it is revealed that the said Sy.No. Z4 rs covcrcd r nri er Town Survev uide Gazette No.38, dated 29.06.t 176. After tmplementation of Town Survelz in Marredpall.i. village, the old survey records are supersecieri. Hence, the survey cannot be conducted for Sy.No.7 4 / B ofl\4arredpal i, Village 7.
