2. when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Irrigation, learned .A.ssistant Government Pleader for Finance & planning and learned 'Aslistant/.Government Pleader for Land Acquisition submitted that the relief sought in this writ petition is covered by the order dated 09.12.2022 passed in w.P.No.41520 of 2022 and, requesterl for disposal of this writ petition in terms of the said order.

Acccrdingly, this writ petition is allowed directing respondent Nos.l to 5 to deposit the entire decretal amount covered by the common .judgment and decree passed by the learned Senior Civil i Judge a1.
