Heard Sri N.Hari Prasad, learned counsel appearing for 2 thepetitionerandSriL.Ravinder,learnedAssistant Government Pleader for Revenue, for respondent Nos' 1 to 3 and perused the record.
3.Learnedcounselappearingforthepetitionerwould submit that originally the father of the petitioner namely Sri Alakuntla Ramulu is the absolute owner and possessor of agricultural land to an extent of Ac'l '24 guntas in Sy.No.360,situatedatNomulaVillage'NakrekalMandal' Nalgonda District. The said land was partitioned among the petitioner and his three brothers, the petitioner got his share of rand to an extent of Ac.0.16 guntas. The petitioner obtained pattedar passbook and title deed in respect of his shareuidePattaNo.l0T5inwhichthelandinSy.Nos.360, I)age 3 of 5 3OO, 301 were recorded. Since then, the petitioner is in peaceful possession and enjoyment of the subject property.

While the things stood, the government in the process of implementation of Rythu Bandu Scheme, proceeded to rssue new pattedar passbooks and title deed and incorporated the names of the pattedar in the Dharani Portal. In that connection, upon an application made by the petitioner, the respondent-authorities have issued new pattedar passbook and title deed on 05.09.2019, wherein all their lands were mentioned except the land in Sy.No.360 admeasuring Ac.O.16 guntas, which is missing. Having noticed the sarne, the petitioner approached the revenue officials with a request to include the missing extent but the said authorities have been dodging the matter on one pretext or the other.
5. Later ofl, Bhu Bharati which is a land record management portal launched by the Telangana Government, replacing the previous Dharani Portal. Pursuant to the launching of the Bhu Bharati Portal, the petitioner I'age 4 of 5 submitted an application through online dated I4.O5.2O25 for inclusion of the missing Sy.No.36O admeasuring Ac.0.16 guntas, in the new pattedar passbook and also in the Bhu Bharati Portal and the said application was received and acknowledged uid.e Application No.28 190060005. In response to the said online application, respondent No.3 issued a notice dated Rc.No.B/ 28190060005l2025 directing the petitioner to I9.O5.2O25 bearing submit the relevant documents within three days from the date of receipt of the said notice. Accordingly, the petitioner submitted all the relevant documents before respondent No.3 and till date, no response is forthcoming from respondent No.3 and the application submitted by the petitioner dated
14.05.2025 has not seen the tight of the day even after the petitioner's repeated requests. Aggrieved by the said inaction, the petitioner preferred the present nrit petition.
6. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that the application submitted by the petitioner dated 14.05.2025 is under consideration. The Page 5 of5 respondent-authorities witl consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with [aw.

In the light of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and upon perusing the material available on record, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondent- authorities to consider the application submitted by the petitioner dated I4.O5.2O25 and pass appropriate orders, strictly in accordance with law, by putting the petitioner on notice and affording him an opportunity of hearing. tf the respondent-authorities are not inclined to accept the request made by the petitioner, they shall pass a reasoned order, communicate copy of the said order to the petitioner and complete the said exercise within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
