2. Heard Sri Satyalarayana Dharmapuri, le,r.ned counsei appearing for the petitioner and Sri L.Ravin 1er, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, f<r: respondent Nos.1 to 4 and perused the record.

Learned counsel appearing for the pet 1 roner would submit that the petitioner herein is the absolut: owner and possessor of agricultural land to an extent of A,: l.O6 guntas in Sy.No.206, situated at Naraynagiri Village, I harmasagar Mandal, Hanumakonda District, having acquil.( d the same from her father Jekkular Venkataiah througlL a gift deed dated 05.03. 1988. Since then, the petitioner rs in peaceful possession and enjoyment of the subject propert r and she is eking her livelihood by doing cultivation.
4. The father of the petitioner died on O9.ll 2006. The petitioner being a illiterate \ romen, she could n rt approach the revenue authorities for mutation of her I rme in the Page 3 of4 revenue records. Due to which, the petitioner is not getting ally government schemes like Rythy Bandhu, crop loans, agricultural subsidies etc., The petitioner submitted representation dated 20.11.2024 to respondent Nos.2 and 3 seeking to mutate the name of the petitioner in the revenue records and also issue pattedar passbook in respect of the subject property. Despite receiving the same, the respondent-authorities have not acted upon it. Hence, the present writ petition.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that the petitioner made representation in the year 2024, now the new the Telalgana Bhu-Bharathi Act is in operation and hence he would seek to grant appropriate relief to the petitioner to file necessary application under the said Act. Upon receiving the same, the respondent authorities will consider and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

In the light of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and upon perusing the material available on record, ( \ Page 4 of4 this Writ Petition is disposed of, granting I berty to the petitioner to file an application as per the new I ihu-Bharathi Act, 2025 by enclosing all the relevant doctL. nents to the respondent-authorities and it is for the respondent- authorities to consider the sarne and pass appropriate orders, strictly IN accordance with law.
