When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the lis raised in the present Writ Petition has already been adjudicated by the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.23 138 of 2025, which was disposed of uide order dated 03.09.2025, and thus prayed to pass similar order in the present Writ Petition also.

4. The above made submission is not seriously disputed by the other side.

5. Having regard to the above made submissions and for the reasons alike in the order dated 03.09.2025 passed by the Division Bench in W.P.No.23 i3 8 of 2025, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to ensure that the entire amount payable to the petitioner be released forthwith within a period of six (06) weeks from today, failing r,r'hich, the entire amount with regard to retiral benefrts shall carry interest at the rate of 107o per annum from the date the amount fell due ti1l it is actualiy paid' 3 Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in rhis Writ petition shall stand closed.
