Heard Smt.Uma Devi Nama, learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Government Pleader for Services-llI for respondent Nos.1, 3 to 5; and learned Government Pleader for -I 2 Services-l lor respondent Nos.2 and 6. With their consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

When the matter is taken up for hearing; learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the lis raised in the present Writ Petition has already been adjudicated by the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.23138 of 2025, which was disposed of uide order dated 03.09.'2025, and thus prayed to pass similar order in the present Writ Petition also.

Having regard to the above made submissions and for the reasons alike in the order dated 03.09.2025 passed by the Division Bench in W P.No.23138 of 2025, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to ensure that the entire amount payable to the petitioner be released forthwith within a period of six (06) weeks from today, failing which, the entire arnoLlnt with regard to retiral benefits shall carry interest at the rate of lOo/o per annum from the date the amount fell due till it is actually paid / I !
