22.O2.2O11 and the mother of the petitioner on 09.06.2013 leaving behind the petitioners as their legal heirs.
4. Latcr on, the petitioners applied for succession belore the MRO in rcspect of the subject property to an extent of Ac.O.27 % guntas in favour of tl-rc petitioners. The same \r'as not issued. Hence, on 25.11.2024, the petitioners submitted a representation in Prajavani to the MRO Kazipet Manclal, requesting to issue pattedar passbook to an extent ol Ac.0.09 gllntas to cach of the petitioners. The same $,as accepted and acknowledgment of Prajavani was issucd br. the authorities uide Registration No.WGUDC/2024102937, dated 25. I1,.2024 and the same is pending
5. Therefore, the petitioners submitted online application on 03. lO.2O24 and the same is also pencling belore the respondent-authorities. Thereafter, the petitiorle rs submitted representation dated 13.06.2025 to respondent-authorities.
