2. Heard Mr.M.Sharat Shantha Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, Ms.Anasuya Adina, learned counsel for respondent No.2 and Mr.V.Jithender Rao, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing on behalf of respondent No.1-State. I Ilarned counsel for the petitioners, submits that during the

3. pendency of the present Criminal Petition, at the instance of the well 2 wishers, relatives and elders, the parties have settled the disputes pending between them and entered into compromise and filed Joint Memo. Accordingly, the parties have fited I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2o2s seeking permission to compound the offences and to record the compromise entered between them.

This court uid"e order, dated o].r2.2o25, directed the parties i.e., the petitioners and respondent No.2, to appear before the High court Legal Services committee, Hyderabad, on or before o6.12.2o2s. In compliance of the said order, the secretary, High court Legal services committee, has submitted report, dated 06.12.2025, stating that the petitioners, and respondent No.2 were duly identified with copies of their Aadhar Cards/Pan Card. It is further stated that the parties have willfully and without any coercion entered into compromise.

In view of the said report and also in view of the compromise entered between the petitioners and respondent No.2 as well as the submissions made by the respective parties, I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2o2s are allowed. consequently, the proceedings in c.c.No. to64 of 2024, on the file of the XI Additionat Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Medchal-Malkajgiri District at Kukatpally, are hereby quashed against the petitioners.
