Respondent/Respondent JOINT MEMO 1 It is submitted that the allegation of the complaint is that the de- facto complainant gave a complaint before the P.S. Uppal, Rachakonda District on 26.1,1.2024 and the police registered it as Crime. No. 1513 of 2024 for offences Punishable u/s Section 69, 352, 351(2) BNS and took up the investigation.
2. We submit that with the intervention of the well-wishers and eldels of both the parties, they settled the matter amicably out of the court. That due to the said reasons, the de-facto complainant tame forward to withdraw the complaint for which the accused also executed an Affidavit stating that they are ready to withdraw the above saiil case. After considering all the above circumstances v- this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to quash the proceedings in Crime No. 151312024 on the file of P.S. Uppal, Rachakonda District, otherwise the petltioners and their family members will suffer irreparable loss. 3 That in view of the settlement reached between, us no purpose will be served as the Crime. No. 1513 of 2024, Dated 26-ll-2024, on the file P.S. Uppal, Rachakonda District, is continued further. 4 5 That the continuation of the criminal proceedings is coming in their way of living of peaceful liFe.
