2. Considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the respective parties and perused the record.
3. It is stated that the petitioners are the owners and possessors of agricultural land admeasuring Ac.5.33 guntas in Sy.No.331 of Adibatla Village, Ibrahimpatnam Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. It is lurther stated that by creating false and fabricatd -glocuments, respondent No.6 herein has obtaincd 2 . ROR proceedings vide Nos.B/21O61199O and B/2tOZ/ 1990 in respect ol the subject lands; and disputing the righl and title, when respondent No.6 interfered with the peaceful possession of the petitioners, they were constrained to institute a suit in O.S.No.42O of 20lS on the file of the principal District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar seeking declaration and the same is pending for adjudication. It is also stated that the petitioners have submitted a representation dated 12.Og.2O24 before the respondent-authorities for correction of the entries in the revenue records in respect of the subject property, but till date, the respondent_authorities have not considered the said representation

In view of the above, since it is stated that the petitioners have instituted a suit in O.S.No.420 of 2015 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar and the same is pending, this Court without going into the merits of the case, deems it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition leaving it open to ttre petitioners to agitate their claims in the pending suit, if necessary by filing amendment application seeking correction of the entries in the revenue records and consequential issuance of pattadar passbooks in their favour. 3
