3. Heard Sri P.Laxma Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for the Services-I for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is working as Secondary Grade Teacher in Government Primary School, Mothinagar, Mahabubnagar arrd respondent No.1 displayed the seniority list of the eligible candidates to be promoted t I to the post of LFLHM (PSHM) on 09.06.2024, wherein the petitioner is shown at 51.187 and respondent No.S is shown at 51.561. However, ignoring the same, the respondents have promoted I t I I I I o PK, J Wp-37168 2024 respondent No.S as LFLHM on 22.06'2024' Therefore, the petitioner has made a representation on 25'07 '2O24 to respondent No. 1 requesting to consider his case for promotion and the same is pending consideration. Hence, learned counsel prays this Court to direct respondent No. 1 to consider the representation, dated

25.07.2024, submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, within a reasonable period of time. I

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respective parties and without going into the merits of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.1 to pass appropriate orders on the representation, dated 25.07.2024, submitted by the petitioner, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and communicate a copy I thereof to the petitioner.
