Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ Order or Orders more in the nature of the Writ of Mandamus declaring that the impugned action of the respondents in not taking any action on not promoting the petitioner to the post of LFL Head Master(pSHM) and promoting the unofficial respondent though she is much junior in Schedule Caste community and already women candidate is promoted to the post of LFL Headmaster by ignoring the seniority of the petitioner and stated that adequacy is reached in Schedule Caste community vide G.O.Ms.No.2 dt.Ogto1t2OO4, G.O.Ms.No.76. 3. Heard Sri P.Laxma Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for the Services-I for the respondents.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is working as Secondary Grade Teacher in Government Primary School, Mothinagar, Mahabubnagar arrd respondent No.1 displayed the seniority list of the eligible candidates to be promoted t I to the post of LFLHM (PSHM) on 09.06.2024, wherein the petitioner is shown at 51.187 and respondent No.S is shown at 51.561. However, ignoring the same, the respondents have promoted I t I I I I o PK, J Wp-37168 2024 respondent No.S as LFLHM on 22.06'2024' Therefore, the petitioner has made a representation on 25'07 '2O24 to respondent No. 1 requesting to consider his case for promotion and the same is pending consideration. Hence, learned counsel prays this Court to direct respondent No. 1 to consider the representation, dated
25.07.2024, submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, within a reasonable period of time. I
5. l,earned Government Pleader for the respondents fairly submits that respondent No.1 will consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 25.07.2024, and pass appropriate orders thereon, in accordance with law.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respective parties and without going into the merits of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.1 to pass appropriate orders on the representation, dated 25.07.2024, submitted by the petitioner, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and communicate a copy I thereof to the petitioner.
