2. Heard Ms. T.Keerthi Chandana, learned counsel, representing Mr. Achyuth Bharathwaj, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. L.Ravinder, leamed Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.l to 5. Perused the record.
3. With the consent of both the parties, this writ petition is being disposed of at the stage of admission.
4. When the matter is taken up for consideration, leamed counsel for the petitioner seeks a direction to respondent Nos.2 to 5 to examine and pass appropriate orders on his application dated 11.07.2025,vide 3 Application No.AoD022500075s82 under Appeals on Demarcation for conducting survey and demarcation of the land to an extent of Ac.0.0175 Gts. in Survey No.680A2/1, Ac.0.0175 Gts., in Survey No.680A/3, Ac.0.0175 Gts., in survey No.680A/212, Ac.0.0425 Gts., in Survey No.68 lN3, Ac.0.l2!25 Grs., in survey No.6g lA3/ I, 4c.0.2100 Gts., in Survey No.682Ru/3 and Ac.0.3g00 Gts., in Survey No.682Ruu/ I total to an extent of Ac.2.0075 Gts., which is situated at Pamukunta village, Bhuvanagiri Division, Rajapeta Mandal, yadadri- Bhuvanagiri District ('subject land' for brevity).
5. Learned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents seeks short span of time to dispose of the application submitted by the petitioner.
6. Having regard to the submissions of both the learned counsel and upon considering the material available on record, this Court is inclined to dispose of the writ petition by directing respondents to examine and pass appropriate orders on the application dated
11.07.2025 submitted by the petitioner for conducting survey and demarcation of the subject land, strictly in accordance with law, by issuing notice to the petitioner and all interested parties and afford them sufficient opportunity of hearing, as expeditiously as possible.
