2. Heard Ms. Nikita Goenka, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Energr, for respondent t, I:.: i I -t 2 and Sri N. Sreedhar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for TGSPDCL, for respondents 2 to 5 and Sri G.Madhusudhan Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Greater Hyderabad Municipal C,rrporation.

Ms. Nikita Goenka, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in similar circumstances, while dealing with 'il/rit Petition No. 2OL2l of 2025, this Court by order dated 14.07.2r)25 directed the respondents authorities therein to release the service connection, subject to the compliance of the statutory requirements by the petitioner therein, and hence, requested this Court to pass similar order in this Writ Petition also.
4. Recently, the Honble Supreme Court in RaJendra Kumar BarJatga o. u.P. Avas Eaam vikas Parishadl, irt the larger public interest, issued directions in addition to the directives issued in Re; Directions in tLrc matter of demolition of structures. IRelevant for the purpose of this case are: .\. "(iv) All the necessary service connections, s;uch os, Electricity, water supply, sewerage connection, etc., shall be given by the service provider / Board to the buildings only after the production of the completion / occupation certificate. (v) Even after issuance of completion certificate, deviation"/ violation if any contrary to the planning permission brought to the notice of the authority immediate steps be taken b.y the said authority concerned, in accordance with law, against the builder / owner / occupant; and the official, who is responsible for issuance of wrongful completion / occupation certificate shall be pr,tceeded departmentally forthwith. ("i) No permission / licence to conduct an.y busriness / trade must be given by any authorities including '2o2qscconline sc3767 2 3 local bodies of States /Union Territories in any unauthorised building irrespective of it being residential or commercial building. (vii) The development must be in conformity with the zonal plan land usage. Any modification to such zonal plan and usage must be taken by strictly following the rules in place land in consideration of the larger public interest and the impact on the environment".

Since the prayer of the petitioner in this writ petition is to receive her application and release individual service connection, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the respondents to receive the application of the petitioner and release individual service connection to the subject property of the petitioner, subject to the petitioner complying with the directions issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in RaJendra Kumar Bartatga\ case (supra) and the statutory requirements prescribed by the local authorities.
6. The Writ Petition is accordingly, disposed of. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed. SD/. A.
