Uma Devi Nama, learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Government Pleader for Services-lII for respondent Nos. 1, 3 to 5; and learned Government Pleader for Services-I for respondent Nos.2 and 6. With their consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submit that the lis raised in the present Writ Petition has already been adjudicated by the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.23138 of 2025, which was disposed ol uide order dated 03.09.2025, and thus prayed to pass similar order in the present Writ Petition also.
