2. Heard Mr. M.Saleem, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos. I to 4. Perused the record.
3. With the consent of both the parties, this writ petition is being disposed of at the stage of admission.
4. when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks a direction to respondent Nos.2 to 4 to examine and pass appropriate orders on his application vide No.RoS022003513115, Dt. 05-rl-2020 for regularization of Sadabhainama dated Dt. 24-06-2013 in respect of Agricultural property to an extent of Ac. 2-20 guntas in Sy. No. 94lA and Ac.2.zZ guntas in Sy.No.94/AA of Chippalapalli village of Kandukur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District ('subject land' for brevity) -1,r,:l : : ] J
5. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents seeks time to dispose of the application submitted by the petitioner.
6. Having regard to the submissions of both the learned counsel and upon considering the material available on record, this Court is inclined to dispose of the writ Petition by directing respondent Nos.2 to 4 to examine and pass appropriate orders on his application vide No.ROS0220035131 15, Dt. 05-11 -2020 for regularizarion of Sadabhainama dated DL 24-06-2013 in respect of subject property by issuing notice to the petitioner and all interested parties and afford them sufficient opportunity of hearing, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of ninety (90) days from the datet receipt - of a copy of this order.
