JUSTICE JUWADI SRIDEVI l.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2024 in/and CRIMINAL PETITION No.16456 ot 2024 COMMON ORDER: This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/accused to quash the proceedings against him in S.C.POCSO.No.633 of 2022 on the file of the learned Fast Track Special Judge for Trial and Disposal of Rape and POCSO Act Cases, Ranga Reddy District at Rajendranagar, registered for the offences punishable under Section 354 of IPC and Sections 7 and B of POCSO Act.

2. lt is submitted by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondent No.2, that during pendency of the present Criminal Petition, the parties have compromised the matter and accordingly, LA.Nos.2 and 3 of 2024 have been filed to record the compromise between them and to compound the offences 3 Vide order dated 25.04.2025, this Court directed the parties along with their respective counsel to appear before the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee, High Court for the State of Telangana, Hyderabad, for identification and to submit a report

4. Pursuant to the above said direction issued by this Court, the parties have appeared and the Secretary, High Court Legal I I I 2 Services Committee, has identified the parties and submitted a report, dated 28.04.2025 and the same is placec r:n record.
