Mukheed, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.l to 4. perused the record.

With the consent of both the parties, this writ petition is being disposed rrf at the stage of admission. 4- Lee.rned counser for the petitioners submits that originally petitionen;' grandfather namely Gaddam veera Reddy is the owner of the land to an extent of Acs.08.06 guntas situated at Mucherla Village, Kandukur Mandal, Rangareddy District. After his demise the property has been devolved upon the petitioners, father namely G.yadagiri Reddy an<l two others. Three shares were equally distributed among them to arr extent of Ac.2-29 guntas each. It is further submitted that the succession has been flown through succession proceedings vide I 7 3 No.3076/1988, dated 16.11.1988. After the death of petitioners' father, the property in the name of their father i.e. Ac.02.29 guntas situated at Mucherla Village, Kandukur Mandal, Rangareddy District, has been devolved upon the petitioners and accordingly, the petitioners have made applications dated, 28.07.2025, bearing Nos. 2500087307 claiming an extent of Acs.0.l6 guntuui, 2500087439, 2500087347,2500087339, claiming an extent of Acs.0.3100 grs., each in Sy.No.467 situated at Mucherla Village, Kandukur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, to respondent No.4 along with relevant documents for issuance of succession patta and patta passbook in respect of the property, which is in favor oftheir deceased father, But till date, no action has been taken by respondent No.4 upon the said applications. Aggrieved by the inaction, the petitioners are constrained to file this writ petition seeking appropriate directions.

Leamed Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submitted that admittedly the petitioners are claiming the property through their \ deceased father and that the petitioners ought to have filed an application under Rule 7(2) ofthe Bhu Bharati Act,2025. Upon such application being filed, the same would be examined and appropriate 4 'I orders world be passed in accordance with law. In the absence of filing such application, the petitioners by filing an application for passbook data correction and approaching this Court seeking a direction t,c the respondents for grant of succession is not proper and hence, seelcs to pass appropriate directions.

This Court having heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned .A.ssistant Govemment Pleader for Revenue, deems it appropriatt: to grant liberty to the petitioners to file application under Rule 7(2) of the Bhu Bharati Act,2025. Upon filing the same, it is needless to mention that respondent No.4 shall examine the same and pass appropriate orders, strictly in accordance with law and communiorte the same to the petitioners herein as per the time limit prescribed underthe Bhu Bharati Act,2025.
