4. When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks a direction to respondent No. 4 to examine and pass appropriate orders on his representations dated 06. I1.2024 and I \

10.07.2025 seeking to take action against respondent No.5 for digging borewell close to an agricultural well and for pumping the water from the said borewell

5. Leamed Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents seeks short span of time to dispose of the representations submitted by the petitioner

Having regard to the submissions of both the leamed counsel and upon considering the material available on record, this Court is inclined to dispose of the Writ Petition by directing respondent No.4 to conduct necessary enquiry and pass appropriate orders on the representations dated 06.11.2024 and 10.07.2025 seeking to take action against respondent No.5 for digging borewell close to an agricultural well and for pumping the water from the said borewell, strictly in accordance with law, by issuing notice to the petitioner and unofficial respondent and all interested parties and afford them sufficient opportunity of hearing, as expeditiously as possible. {Y!r?!; 4
