2. Heard Mr. N.Ravi Prakash, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.l to 6. Perused the record.
3. with the consent of both the parties, this writ petition is being disposed of at the stage of admission.
4. When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks a direction to respondent Nos.2 to 6 to examine and pass appropriate orders on his application dated 08.02.2025, vide Application No.D8R022501210872 to conduct survey, demarcation and to fix the boundaries in respect of land to an extent of (i) Ac.O.l l00gts., in Sy.196/CA3, (ii) Ac.0.3500 guntas in Sy.No.|96/CEE, (iii) Ac.0.3600 BtS., in Sy.No. 197 /EE (iu) Ac.0. 1800 gts in Sy.No. IgglBA3 (u) Ac. t .1400 Bts., in Sy.No.L99/BEE, total comes to an extent of Ac.3.34 guntas situated in --'- ; t \ 3 Mandoddi Village, Rajoli Mandal, Gadwal Division, Jogulamba Gadwal District, ('subject land' for brevity).
5. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents seeks short span oftime to dispose ofthe application submitted by the petitioner.
6. Having regard to the submissions of both the leamed counsel and upon considering the material available on record, this Court is inclined to dispose of the Writ Petition by directing respondents to examine and pass appropriate orders on the application dated
08.02.2025 submitted by the petitioner for conducting survey, demarcation and fixing the boundaries ofthe subject land, strictly in accordance with law, by issuing notice to the petitioner and all interested parties and afford them sufficient opportunity ofhearing, as expeditiously as possible. 7 - With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
