Petition Under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of a writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of Respondent No. 4 in not considering the petitioner's application for issuance of a new Pattadar Passbook submitted on 18.06.2025 through the Bhu-Bharati Revenue Sadassu organized by the Revenue Department, Government of Telangarla, in favour of the petitioner, in respect of land admeasuring Ac. 0.0400 guntas in Survey No.34tEl2 and Ac.0.0100 guntas in Survey No.35/A, totaling Ac.0.0500 guntas, in Khata No. 1 12, and in not considering the petitioner's representation dated 10.11.2025 requesting issuance of a new Pattadar Passbook in favour of the petitioner in respect of the same land, as illegal, arbitrary, and unconstitutional and consequently direct Respondent No. 4 to issue the new pattadar passbook and Title Deed in favour of the petitioner for the land admeasuring Ac. o.o4oo guntas in survey No. 34lEl2 and Ac. 0.0100 guntas in survey No. 35/A, totaling Ac. 0.0500 guntas, in Khata No.112. !.A.NO:1 OF 2025 . Counsel for the Petitioner : SRt PULIMAMIDI SHASHIDHAR REDDY Counsel for the Respondents : SRI L.RAVINDER, AGp FOR REVENUE The Court at the stage of admission made the following ORDER THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE E.V.VENUGOPAL WRIT PETITI ON No. 36266 of2O25, ORDER: Aggrieved by the action of respondent No.4 in not considering the petitioner's application dated rg.o6.2o2s for issuance of new pattadar passbook through the Bhu-Bharati Revente sadassu organized by the Revenue Department, in respect of the lands in Survey Nos.34/E/2, 35/A admeasuring Ac.O_04 guntas, Ac.0_Ol guntas respectively, in Khata No. 112, and in not considering the petitioner's representation dated lo.lr.2o2s, the present writ petition is filed. A consequential prayer is sought to direct respondent No.4 to consider his representation and online application seeking for issuance of new pattadar passbook in respect of the subject property.
2. Heard Mr. P.shashidhar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos. 1 to 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner made an application in the Revenue Sadassu during a pilot project taken up by the offrcial respondents, on 1g.o6.2025 seeking new patta passbook gr-,;respect of the subject land relying upon the old patta passbook issued to the petitioner uid"e l{hata No. 112. It is further submitted that no notice has been issued in respect of his application. I! 2 But on verification, in the online Portal, the name of the petitioner is being shown as pattedar in the Bhu Bharathi portal, but pertaining to the land details, land status is shown as "not signed - sold out". It is further submitted that the petitioner has not sold the subject property to anyone at any point of time and if the land has been sold out, the name of the petitioner ought not to have been reflected as pattedar in the Bhu Bharati Portal and without any intimation to the petitioner, the land status is being shown as sold out, causing sufferance to the petitioner herein'

Learned Assistant Government Pleader placed a copy of instructions issued by the respondent No.4, wherein it is stated that the petitioner had sold away the subject to his brother one Kaneboina Krishnaiah through a sada sale deed dated 26.10.2008 for an amount of Rs.SO,OOO/-, otut of which a sum of Rs.20,OO0/- was received on 26.10.2008. It is further submitted that the subject property is presently in the name of wife of Kaneboina Krishnaiah namely K.Gowramma and uPon physical examination, the said K.Gowramma is in physical possession of the subject property, as such the land status is shown as "sold out" and hence nothing would remain to examine the case of the petitioner herein and seeks to dismiss this writ petition. 3

This Court having heard learned counsel for tlle petitioner and. learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue on record and on perusing the copy of instructions issued by respondent No.4, deems it appropriate to direct respondent No.4 to communicate to the petitioner hereiq on the action taken upon the petitioner's application in detail by passing a reasoned order within a period of 6O days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and if necessary, by issuing notice to all concerned by granting sufficient opportunity of hearing. It is made clear that this Court had not made €Lny observations on the merits and demerits of the case.
6. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage with consent of learned counsel for petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications if any pending in this petition, shall stand closed. SD/.P.
