6. Having regard to the submissions of both the learned counsel and upon considering the material available on record, this Court is inclined to dispose of the Writ Petition by directing respondents to examine and pass appropriate orders on the application dated

21.08.2025 submitted by the petitioner lor conducting survey, demarcation and fixing the boundaries of the subject land, strictly in accordance with law, by issuing notice to the petitioner and all interested parties and afford them sufficient opportunity of hearing, as expeditiously as possible.
