Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and lVlr. R. Laxmikanth Reddy, learned Assistant Government pleader for Home, and perused the material available on record.

Learned Assistant Government pleader for Home furnished written instructions and submitted that respondent No.3 has issued notice under Section 91 read with Section 1O2 of Cr.P.C to the petitioner's bank to unfreeze the petitioner's bank account No.444305500200 of lClC Bank which was frozen in 2 connection with FlR.No.4O2 of 2024 of Cyber Crinre Police Station, Rachakonda.

ln view ol' the above, cause in the writ petition do6s not survive for adjuclication and the writ petition is, accordingly' closed. lf there is any delay in unfreezing the bank account of the petitioner, the petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court seeking modification of this order.
