2. Heard Sri G. Jalpath Redd"v SVR, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Govemment Pleader for Services-III for respondent Nos.1 to 3, 5 and 6 and Sri M. Muralikrishna, Standing Counsel for Accountant General, appearing for respondent No.4 With their consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for \ the petitioner submit that the /ls raised in the present Writ Petition has already been adjudicated by the Division Bench of tJris Court in W.P.No.23 138 of 2025, which was disposed of uide order dated O3.O9.2O25, and thus prayed to pass similar order in the present Writ Petition also I 2 -rc.\
