Murali Krishna, learned Standing Counsel for Accountant General appearing for respondent No.4. With their consent, this Writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Ieamed counsel for the petitioner submit that the lis rarsed in the present Writ petition has already been adjudicated by the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.23138 of 2025, which was disposed of uide order dated O3.O9.2O25, arrd thus prayed to pass simiiar order in the present Writ Petition also.
