With their consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

4. The above made submission is not seriously disputed by the other side.

5. Having regard to the above made submissions and for the reasons alike in the order dated 03.09.2025 passed by the Division Bench in W.P. No.23 1 38 of 2025, the present Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to ensure that the entire amount payable to the petitioner be released forthwith within a period of six (06) weeks from today, failing which, the entire amount with regard to retiral benehts shall carry interest at the rate of LO''/o per annum from the date the amount fell due till it is actually paid.
